I am convinced that life will always be one big huge transition. Things are always changing and moving. I think that we have duped ourselves if we think for even a second that life will one day “even out.” As I journey through life, my experiences tell me that the going gets harder. But, even through the going gets harder, the rewards get sweeter. As a working student time gets more and more precious as each semester passes. I want to do well in school and that takes a large time commitment. I am also working to help start a new business which takes lots of creative energy and is tiring, but is so much fun. I am very glad that I am becoming my own person and finding the things that the Lord wants me to do. It’s one big huge adventure!

I have been photographing for 10 years and dabble in almost anything creative. I have a passion for the traditional analog process of photography, but have a great appreciation for the advances digital has made. I love being outside in nature enjoying all that God has created. I like feeling the wind on my face and in my hair and enjoy the rain pouring down. There’s nothing like a good thunderstorm for pure enjoyment. I am a fan of hiking, climbing, running, kayaking, biking, canyoneering, bouldering, exploring, camping, traveling, experiencing, finding, seeing, and taking it all in.

I started this blog three years ago as a way to share things with others about my journey.  If you dig around for long enough you’ll find thoughts, album artwork, my life story,  photographs (lots of photographs), links, videos, and who knows what else. I really appreciate comments and feedback on what you think of the blog. Ciao!
